Solution:
Click Start, click Alarms & Clock.
Click World Clock and click the (+) glyph icon at the bottom
Type in the city name and select one from the auto-suggested list of entries that appear as you type.
This
shows the day and time for the city you added. Right-click on the city
and click Pin to Start. Click Yes when prompted for confirmation.
A live tile is now added to the Windows 10 Start screen that shows the day/time for that city. You can add as many cities as you’d like.
